Delegated-task and background-work operations.

Most require a T3-launched agent/thread context; an external OAuth sign-in may not advertise these tools. Use T3.Catalog.discover/1 to check actual availability.

Keep this thread in Working while background work runs. Pass its task ID after starting it. Not for work left running (dev server, watcher). waiting=false clears. Does not stop the task. Claude only.

Stop a running Claude workflow in a thread. subagentId: coordinator from t3_thread_read 'activity'. Stops only the workflow, not the thread.
